Training

Bridging the Gap is a registered training organisation. We deliver accredited and non accredited training in personal development (Certificate I in Work Preparation) and Conservation and Land Management to Green Jobs young people. The majority of this training is delivered at Ngulla Community Nursery due to its facilities and relaxed environment that ensures people are comfortable and open to learning. The training is predominantly with participants with significant social problems referred internally or through other agencies.

Access program

This is an intensive case management and group program for young people with significant social problems. It is a 95 hour program for young people to address their personal issues and assist in raising their self esteem and motivation. It includes some planning and goal setting about their future life and employment aspirations.
