Launch Your Career in AGED CARE and Disability Support
Bridging The Gap (BTG) can help launch your career in Aged Care or Disability Services. This is a career path in a growth industry with lots of potential for ongoing work.
This pilot will provide a 7 week industry specific skills training program for eligible young people as a pathway into work as Support Workers in disability services, aged care and community services. In WA, more new jobs are being created in these three sectors than in any other sector. After the 7 week training program, you will undertake work experience or internship with BTG’s industry partners in Aged Care or Disability Support, this can result in employment for the successful applicants.
